BRIEF HISTORY

Nestled in the forest of Southern Maryland, this world-caliber motocross track is a favorite for many riders from around the globe. For decades, its natural terrain and scenic beauty have provided a backdrop for epic races including two World Motocross U.S. Grand Prix; 125cc, 250cc and 500cc AMA National events, and today's AMA Motocross and Motocross Lites Pro National Championship events and new in 2011 - the AMA ATVMX Championship.

Directions:

From the North, Option 1: Turn Left on Maryland Highway 5 South out of Waldorf - Continue Straight on Highway 5 for 16 miles to Maryland Highway 236 - Turn Right on 236 - Continue on Highway 236 for 6 miles until it ends at Maryland Highway 234 - Turn Right on to 234 - Track is 1/8 of a mile on left - Please use caution for Amish carriages.

From the North, Option 2: Using North Highway 301 - Turn Left on to Maryland Highway 6 at La Plata - Travel 8 miles to Trinity Church Road - Turn Right and travel 6 miles until the road ends at Maryland Highway 234 - Turn Left on to 234 and travel 1 mile - The track will be on the right.

From the South: Take I-95, 30 miles north of Richmond, VA to Route 207 - Turn Right, this highway becomes U.S. Highway 301 - Travel North 5 miles into Maryland - Turn Right on Maryland Highway 234 - Continue on 234 for 10 miles - Track is on the right.

Washington (Reagan) National Airport (DCA): Approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes away - Start out going South toward Abingdon Dr. - Stay Straight to go onto Abingdon Dr. - Turn slight right toward US 1/I-66/Crystal City/Off-Airport Rental Cars - Turn slight right onto VA 233 - Merge onto US 1 S - Merge onto I-495 E/I-95 N/Capitol Beltway toward I-295/Baltimore - Take the MD 210 S/Indian Head exit, Exit 3A - Keep left at the fork in the ramp - Merge onto MD 210 S/Indian Head Hwy - Stay straight to go onto MD 228 E/Berry Rd - Turn slight right onto Crain Hwy/US 301 S/Blue Star Memorial Hwy - Turn slight left onto MD 234/Budds Creek Rd - End at 27963 Budds Creek Rd.

Dulles International Airport (IAD): Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away - Start out going Northeast on Saarinen Cir toward Dulles Airport Access Rd. - Stay straight to go onto Dulles Airport Access Rd. - Merge onto VA-267 E towards I-495/Exit 18-19/VA-123/ Baltimore/Richmond (portions toll) - Merge onto I-495 S/Capital Beltway via exit 18 toward Richmond/Alexandria - Take the MD-210 S/ Indian Head exit, exit 3A Keep left at the fork in the ramp - Merge onto MD-210 S/Indian Head Hwy Stay straight to go onto MD-228 E/Berry Rd. - Turn slight right onto Crain Hwy/US-301 S/Blue Star Memorial Hwy - Turn slight left onto MD-234/Budds Creek Rd.
