ATVMX Racer Clay Pearson was seriously injured last weekend at the Steel City ATV Stampede. Pearson, from Alabama, crashed on Sunday while participating in the School Boy JR class. He suffered a T4 and T5 separation and remains in critical condition at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Clay is scheduled for surgery Thursday to stabilize his back. After the surgery doctors will be able to better evaluate his condition and prognosis.
